The service includes the processing of mandatory and non-mandatory records of all taxable subjects, whether natural persons or companies. Specifically it provides:
- updating accounting and corporate books for companies and professionals;
- the preparation of intra-annual and year-end financial statements;
- the drafting of the financial statements of joint-stock companies, preparation of minutes, resolutions and reports on approval and annual filing, also taking care of the related duties with the competent offices;
- preparation of company budgets and business plans;
- the completion of all procedures within the competence of the Chamber of Commerce.
The firm provides accounting assistance to companies that manage their accounting internally.
Furthermore, he is authorized to manage electronic invoicing for third parties, to issue electronic invoices to the PA and to receive, record and substitute electronic invoices.
It interfaces with the Company Registries, with the Court Registries and with other public bodies and prepares all the relevant administrative procedures.
